Furnaces that are not maintained can be fire hazards and potential sources of carbon monoxide leaks.

If your system is older and working, the LifeGiver can often get you an extra season or two. We can then find the right set-up for a new system and buy it at the right time. This can save you money and make sure you're taken

What the LifeGiver Can't Do

  • It can't fix broken parts in your system. It cleans and recalibrates, not replaces broken parts.
  • It can't make a cheap, inefficient furnace more efficient than it was when it was created. We're getting back to original efficiency, not providing supernatural power.
  • It can't make a system that's dangerous or completely worn out good enough not to replace. As much as we try to extend the life of every furnace we encounter, there are times we really have to recommend a new system.
  • It can't change the color of your hair, the members in your family or your life circumstances other than those limited to the peace of mind you get from the comfort of a warm furnace and the savings it gives you when it doesn't have to work as hard.

We have to say these things, because not everyone is reasonable or has a sense of humor.
But these will always be true:

If there’s something broken, we can diagnose it.
If you need a new system, we can explain the options and install it.
No matter what you need, we’ll give it to you straight.
We won’t know the specifics until we take a look, but you can count on us taking care of you.

You don’t stay in business in Milwaukee for 50 years without being honest.

Why did we do this?

We created the LifeGiver because we care.

Sure, we like to install new units. That's our business.

But do you know what we like even more? Taking care of people.

We treat you right-recommending what's in your best interest-because it's what people should do. We do it so that we can sleep at night and because were from Milwaukee.

We believe that if we save you some money now- and keep your system running this summer- you'll remember us when it's time for that new system. And you can count on our honest recommendation about what's right for your situation now and what types of unit will best serve you in the future. We might have given this service a fancy new name. But this has been the core of our approach since 1979... when Dad started D&M.
